Pia Conradsen is the Rohingya Victim Coordinator with VAI. Pia is a human rights lawyer and activist based in Indonesia, with frequent travel to Bangladesh.

Pia worked as a Project Associate for Asia Justice and Rights in Bangladesh from 2018 to 2023. For 6 years, she has been working with Rohingya survivors on transitional justice processes including working on issues around democracy inside Myanmar.

Pia has also worked for several community legal centres giving pro bono legal advice for vulnerable members of the community and worked with humanitarian NGOs and the UN Development Programme in Bangkok on issues of sustainable development.
