Rosha is the Finance, HR, and Operations Manager of Victim Advocates International. She provides the backstopping to VAI's day-to-day operation and works closely with all the team members.

She is a professional project manager with more than eight years of professional experience in the development sector of Nepal, Myanmar, and Pakistan. Prior to working with VAI, she worked as a project manager for Adam Smith International Programmes in Nepal, Pakistan, and Myanmar.

She is a strong administrative professional with a master’s focused on Business Administration and Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Scotland. Outside of work, she enjoys watching anime, and movies, travelling, and playing with her dogs.
